The trail test will have extensive health facilities thanks to HUSR, which will ensure the health and safety of all the participants

Hospitales Universitarios San Roque continues for another year as the official health sponsor for The North Transgrancanaria 2025. The test, which already has more than 3,400 confirmed athletes, will once again have a large health device from Hospitales Universitarios San Roque, who will also offer special conditions for people registered for the race.

The 2025 edition, which will offer eight different modalities from February 19 to 23, will have the support of a leading company in the health sector and awarded the Canary Islands 2023 Gold Medal. Hospitales Universitarios San Roque will once again make available to athletes a large deployment of emergency equipment with the aim of assisting the runners in the shortest possible time and with the greatest guarantees.

The agreement between HUSR and The North Face Transgrancanaria, through its organizing company Arista Eventos, includes benefits for athletes who register for the event, such as medical checkups to obtain the mandatory medical certificate for the Advanced and Classic modalities. Joint actions will also be carried out on the social networks of Hospitales Universitarios San Roque and The North Face Transgrancanaria.

Carina García, director of nursing at Hospitales Universitarios San Roque in Maspalomas, was present at the signing of the agreement renewal; Daida Tacoronte, Marketing Manager at Hospitales Universitarios San Roque; Fernando González, CEO of Arista Eventos; Carlos Torrent, director of The North Face Transgrancanaria; and Cristian Benítez, marketing coordinator at Arista Eventos.

Carina García affirms that “for Hospitales Universitarios San Roque, participating as a health sponsor in a race of this caliber means meeting two objectives, health promotion and disease prevention.”

For his part, Fernando González highlights that “it is already the third consecutive year working with Hospitales Universitarios San Roque and a team with the same philosophy has already been created.” “Both for Transgrancanaria and especially the runners, it is having security when it comes to all those little things that can happen in the race,” González recalls. “We are very happy and we hope to have continuity in the future,” concludes the CEO of Arista Eventos about the signed agreement.
