The organization opens the waiting list for the 82-kilometer race
There are only bibs available for the Classic, Youth and Family categories
The North Face Transgrancanaria 2025 will kick off on February 19, but the desire of the runners to participate in this 26th edition is plausible as the bibs for a another modality have sold out. With the closing of registrations for the Advanced, The North Face Transgrancanaria 2025 has already surpassed the figure of 4,550 total registered athletes from 71 different countries.
The 82-kilometer race, which will start in the beautiful town of Teror, has a 44% runners from a foreign country, who will live an outstanding experience to see first-hand the miniature continent that is Gran Canaria. A race that will go through the emblematic municipalities of Teror, Moya, Artenara and Tejeda and then enter the southern side of the island until the finish line located in Parque Sur de Maspalomas.
Despite having sold out the bibs, the organization has enabled a waiting list to cover possible vacancies that may arise later.
Half
Another race that closed registrations, specifically at the end of July, was the Half. The waiting list for this race is now disabled due to the fact that there is greater demand than the organization can meet at the moment.
Registrations still open in three modalities

The race will once again be part of the Gran Canaria World Trail Majors calendar this 2025. As for Youth and Family, both are close to 50% of registered participants at this point.
